Ray and Leah Hansen
From coaching/ teaching to Chirstian school administration the Hansen's have been working with young people of all ages for 30+ years.After spending a brief time in Jimenez Chihuahua, Ray and Leah moved to the border to go to language school. While attending Rio Grande Bible Institue they discovered the great need in Reynosa. Soon after they founded Rio Bravo Ministries.

Spencer and Patty Hansen
Spencer has served as his fathers "right hand man" for many years. Spence has worked in many aspects of the ministry, In 2006 Spencer became the Director of Hope Christian School.

Ron and Sandy Elwell
After a mission trip with their home church from Michigan, Ron & Sandy felt God was calling them to serve the lord at Rio Bravo Ministries. Ron and Sandy are a extremely valueble part of the RBM staff, from groups to the grounds to anything that needs to be done.

Cruz and Patty Loera
Cruz and Patty serve as houseparents for the girls home. Cruz leads the Sunday services for the home. They are a fine Christian couple that love the children under their care.

Jorge and Lucy Hernadez
Jorge and Lucy serve as the substitue houseparents. They take over the homes giving the houseparents much needed breaks.

Mario and Elizabeth Cruz
Mario and Elizabeth serve as the houseparents for "Casa #1" (The baby house). The Cruzs have served at RBM the longest. They also are the only house to have both
boys and girls.

Valentine and Elsa Santos
Valentine and Elsa serve as the houseparents for the boys house. Valentine was a pastor for a number of years befor coming to RBM. They take good care of 20 boys ages
2 to 20.

Ed and Donna Mira
Ed and Donna are old friends of Ray and Leah Hansen. Like many others who have joined Rio Bravo Ministries the Miras came on a Mission trip and felt God was calling them to join the staff.
